HEAD GASKETS

 

Time tested and track proven. The long-lived standard in the DSM camp for MLS gaskets. Just like HK$'s design for a fraction of the cost! They measure in at .067" thick (around .010 thicker than an uncompressed stock gasket) and will not compress when torqued. A very nice "safety insurance policy" to have when you're really making the power.

This is the cool stuff. We have R&Ded with SCE to bring you the epitome of DSM headgaskets.

Similar to the SCE's Titan gasket, the I.C.S. (Internal Combustion Seal) is the latest and greatest offering to come from the mad scientist lab. What's so special?

BUILT-IN O-RING WIRE!

You plan on big boost and mega fuel and you want the block O-ringed for the best sealing power you can get BUT you're not ready to shell out the bucks to start a whole new rebuild. That takes time as well...time that could be better spent pounding on the car at the track. That's how you had to do it in the pre-ICS days. There were no choices available. Now, you do have a choice.

You can now have the sealing power of an O-ringed block without actually doing the machine work.

Check out in these pictures the groove cut in the middle of the gasket. Although hard to see, that groove is home to the stainless wire insert which keeps those crazy sic boost pressures staying put within the bores.

As you can see here, MLS technology is a hindrance to those looking to build the ultimate big power motor. The Titan ICS is a solid gasket with combustion sealing capabilities so there is no chance of lateral flow of combustion pressure.

 

Right out of the box, they've been able to hold 43PSI and over 1800 horses!

Think that's bunk? Here's the proof to back it up.

 

Scared of copper? Heard crappy things? Even had nightmares of coolant and oil running off your face like a Chinese water torture in progress? Never fear...these gaskets we're selling are "self-sealing"! They feature a special screened-on silicone sealant that surrounds every water and oil hole on both sides of the gasket and will keep those fluids from weeping out. Unless you're a complete Chester on installing this gasket, you won't have any problems. Your road to easy street is here.

This SCE pure copper gasket is to be used whenever you're looking for the most sealing power you can get. ONLY TO BE USED WHEN YOUR BLOCK OR HEAD IS O-RINGED and the only type of gasket that will embed stainless o-ring wire properly.

 

 

Has the same great benefits as the famed ICS gasket listed above, but without the built-in O-ring wire. For all you Doc Z's out there that don't understand what we mean, this is the gasket you would buy.
