EMBOSSED COPPER MANNY GASKET DSM/EVO
This exhaust manny gasket has been a Godsend to us since their inception! Being as practically all exhaust manifolds out there are warped to some degree at the inlet flange, this is where this gasket can take up the slack.
STILL NOT SOLD? Check it...let's say you have a few busted studs in the head, the head is on the car, and too lazy to extract them (or even next to impossible to correctly do while the head is on the car). THIS gasket will even seal up that manny to the head in most of these extreme cases! We've tried it for yucks on a mule car to test the limits of this gasket and it works! FFWD EMBOSSED COPPER MITSU TURBO FLAT GASKET V2 IMPROVED DESIGN! We thought our original copper turbo flat gasket, although a HUGE success with our customers, could always use a tad more tweaking. Not ones to sit on our asses over here, we collaborated heavily with SCE Gaskets to produce this boss of a flat gasket.
By applying the same principle of embossments that the above pictured manny gasket features (which is a sealing SOB by the way), we came up with what you see here. A heavy beating was done to the SCE boys to water-jet cut them out of sheets of pure virgin copper, THEN emboss them in a custom-built fixture. This embossment stands tall bumping out at .047" (NOT including the thickness of the gasket itself). Extreme sealing! Although the more common stainless turbo flat gasket is a tough one, it doesn't have any "crush" to it to make up for any minor surface imperfections. Copper will embed and adhere like glue once she's hot, plus coupled with our new .047" tall embossment done to the big hole, we can now offer you superior sealing of that turbo to your manifold.
What makes this V2 a better version?
What you see pictured here is our original Mitsu flat gasket on the left, and our new V2 Mitsu gasket on the right. Notice how much more meat is in the area where it needs it most. Gone are the days of thin material in that problematic area. More meat...less chance of a blowout. While our original V1 flat gasket was sold and eaten up like BBQ ribs at a Texas Rattlesnake Roundup celebration, we've improved upon the gasket even more. To sweeten the meat even more for you guys, we didn't raise the price! Big bore of course........61mm hole.

FFWD EMBOSSED COPPER T4 TURBO FLAT GASKET
You might have noticed by now that we're absolute Lincoln-lovin' copper maniacs over here. Does it come to any surprise that we would produce a T4 gasket for all the Garrett boys out there? T4 users rejoice because everything you love about our Mitsu flat gasket and manny gasket has been pumped into this new T4 gig.
These "bump outs" are raised .047" above the gasket's surface and will keep that gasket smashed against the turbo tightly and securely. For added strength, we've flared out the top and bottom edges of the gasket a wee bit as well to greatly reduce blow-throughs. Strictly, a one-of-a-kind gasket.
Anyone that is using a T4 is boosting the crap out of their car. Why trust all that PSI to a boring flat steel gasket?

FFWD EMBOSSED COPPER DSM/EVOIII/ELIMINATOR O2 INLET GASKET
Our latest offering to hit the web, shops, cluttered gearhead living rooms, and choice state correctional facilities without CCTV, we give you the long-awaited DSM/EVOIII/Eliminator O2 inlet gasket!
For years and years your only choice has been a thin, flimsy steel gasket to seal between the turbine housing and O2 housing. During all those years, and as many installs that we've done, we have yet seen one of those steel gaskets that did not exhibit some sort of black soot tracks somewhere on it. An indication of a slight leak somewhere...caused by poor fitted pieces and/or uneven surfaces. The situation is worsened when running a ported housing or a monster Eliminator that gets a bit thin in the skin between the wastegate hole and inlet hole. Not much meat there to seal up those holes from one another. A difficult problem to combat.
Why use the stock flimsy steel gasket? Oh, and let's not forget those unfortunate souls that would need to grab a grinder and hillbilly out a larger hole in the stocker gasket because their donkey-shlong Eliminator or stock O2 housing was ported to the max. Jeez... Why would one accept such a thing? Why don't people have better things to do in life? Why don't they bring back Beanie Babies? Why do people still insist Elvis is dead? Why? Why? Why? So, figuring it was due time to get medieval on this problem, we donned our camos and did some Black Ops action...this gasket has got it all where it counts...bolt and go baby.
